Students who took my class "Mindfulness and Well-Being in Higher Education" at the University of Tokyo produced this wonderful educational video to explain how mindfulness practice might contribute to well-being among students, faculty, and staff. This group specifically examined the benefits of walking meditation and illustrated how to practice it.
